Spallation synthesis of Boron probably made life possible in the universe. It seems we owe our existence to high energy radiation as well as star stuff.
My Conclusion: Cosmic ray spallation is thought to be responsible for the abundance in the universe of some light elements—lithium, beryllium, and boron—as well as the isotope helium-3. They exist only by virtue of their nucleosynthesis during the Big Bang, and also cosmic ray spallation. These lighter elements in the present universe are therefore thought to have been produced through thousands of millions of years of cosmic ray (mostly high-energy proton) mediated breakup of heavier elements, spallation in interstellar gas and dust. Epidemiological studies are needed. SV40, a monkey and now human polyomavirus, was introduced into the human population as a contaminant of vaccines. I computed the eigenvectors and principle eigenvalue of Squamish Wintering Bald Eagles to what I think is a close approximation from real data I happily gathered over four years and believe have nailed it. Computing Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors for Squamish River Wintering Bald Eagles. Jorma Jyrkkanen, jjyrkkanen76@outlook.com 3 Dec 2018 Background I fiddled with my 4 years of Squamish Wintering Eagles demographic data and fudged a bit of the model to add males in the Reproduction and got an interesting growth rate, lambda1 and a great Eigenvector or stable age distribution. Here it is. Will play with it until I am happy with data fit and may extend it out to 15-20 years age classes. It’s a dynamic model amenable to gaming based on thousands of field observations.
Discussion What I saw from year to year though were what looked like compensatory density dependent adjustments in age specific survival so it flip flopped p due to competition from yr to yr.
This fact is not amenable to deterministic Markov models like Leslie UNLESS you ‘game it’ or program in ‘if Sxi > or < Sxi critical-then-change-Sxi+ or-n’ ie compensatory survival feedbacks to other age classes. Eagles Run 2 with a Working Survivorship Population Vector but discrepancy in observed and model that works.
This latter run has a high crash potential (CP) in 8 yrs and a lot of fluctuation. For a more realistic model I have to incorporate my field data.
The bottom box has the stable age structure eigenvector and age specific eigenvalues. The latter more realistic run works but stability hangs on a few percentage survivorships of juveniles age classes and only includes 8 Age classes total.
Conclusion I concluded that the dynamic nature of feedbacks assures high survival of recruits to replace low adult mortality. Note how with even static Survivorships (Sij diagonals in L) there is an innate generation of wild fluctuations in age-class abundance in the curves at the bottom but I caution that in the field this is difficult to tease apart from random effects of migration linked as it is to weather and food availability. This phenomenon no doubt leads a lot of people to think a population is in trouble when only short-term observations are made and it is not true. Time lags are working to smooth out the age class distributions and real population. You only come to know these statistics as probably true after years of observation. I did 4 with thousands of observations and it was just starting to sink in. Keep in mind that these parameters apply only to the female side of the population. If you add the males it will approximately double.

Mitochondria have multiple mechanisms that allow them to activate signaling pathways in the cytosol including altering in AMP/ATP ratio, the release of ROS and TCA cycle metabolites, as well as the localization of immune regulatory proteins on the outer mitochondrial membrane. Mitochondria are hubs in cellular signaling and produce ROS that drive production of inflammatory cytokines and play a role in removing bacteria.

Abstract
Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a component of Covid-19 mRNA vaccines and it is potentially contaminated with varying amounts of carcinogen 1,4-dioxane [California Proposition 65 Carcinogen CAS:123-91-1]. The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry [ATSDR] in a Public Health Advisory [a preventative to reduced risk of cancer] recommends avoiding exposure to 1,4-dioxane by avoiding specifically PEG, Polyethylene glycol and listed contaminated products that may contain it. It is therefore risky to inject it into people where it may be distributed through the entire body and vaccines must report the concentrations based on independent assays in order to assure the right of refusal and validate permission of the recipients. The risk of additional carcinogen 1,4-dioxane is additive or even potentially synergistic with other DNA contamination in the mRNA COVID shots, including simian virus 40 (SV40) promoters SV40 has been linked to cancer in humans, including mesotheliomas, lymphomas and cancers of the brain and bone. In 2002, the Lancet published evidence linking polio vaccines contaminated with SV40 to Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

The use of mono-, tri-, and polyethylene glycol and their ethers as raw materials has also been reported. Concentrated sulfuric acid (ca. 5%) is used as the acid catalyst, although phosphoric acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid, strongly acidic ion-exchange resins, and zeolites are alternatives. Operating conditions vary; temperatures range from 130 to 200 °C, and pressures range from a partial vacuum to slight pressure (i.e., 188–825 mm Hg). The ideal temperature is reported to be 160 °C. The reaction process is continuous and carried out in a heat vessel. The raw 1,4-dioxane product forms an azeotrope with water, which is then vaporized from the reaction vessel by distillation. 1,4-Dioxane vapors are passed through an acid trap and two distillation columns to remove water and purify the product. Yields of ca. 90% are achievable. 2-Methyl-1,3-dioxolane, 2-ethyl-1,3-dioxolane, and acetaldehyde are the main by-products. To a lesser extent, crotonaldehyde and polyglycol are also formed during the production. The crude 1,4-dioxane is further cleaned by heating with acids, distillation (to remove glycol and acetaldehyde), salting out with NaCl, CaCl2, or NaOH, and fine subsequent distillation (EC 2002; Surprenant 2002).
While the latter production process is the most important industrially, two other processes are especially useful for the production of substituted dioxanes. 1,4-Dioxane can be prepared by ring closure of 2-chloro-2’-hydroxydiethyl ether (formed from ethylene glycol reacting with 1,2-dibromoethane) through heating with 20% sodium hydroxide, and by catalysed cyclo-dimerisation of ethylene oxide either over NaHSO4, SiF4, or BF3, or at an elevated temperature with an acidic cation-exchange resin (EC 2002; Surprenant 2002).

Commercial production of 1,4-dioxane in the United States was first reported in 1951, but semi-commercial quantities were available in 1929 (NCI 1985). Currently, 1,4-dioxane is produced in the United States by two manufacturers: Dow Chemical (production site, Freeport, Texas) and Ferro Corporation (production site, Baton Rouge, Louisiana) (SRI 2003). Outside of the United States, 1,4-dioxane is produced by BASF AG in Lugwigshafen, Germany, Osaka Yuki and Toho Chem, Japan; and also in other countries around the world (EC 2002).
Recent information was not available on the production volumes of 1,4-dioxane in the United States. The total production of 1,4-dioxane for 1982 was estimated at 15 million pounds (6,800 metric tons), up from 12 million pounds (5,400 metric tons) reported in 1977 (HSDB 2010). Between 1 and 10 million pounds of 1,4-dioxane were produced in the United States in 2002 (HSDB 2010). The worldwide production capacity in 1985 was estimated to be 11,000–14,000 metric tons/year. In 1995, the production capacity of known producers and the worldwide production volume were estimated at 8,000 and 10,000 metric tons/year, respectively. In Europe, the production volume in 1997 was estimated to be 2,000–2,500 metric tons (EC 2002). However, current production levels of 1,4-dioxane are expected to be significantly less due to changing use patterns.
Table 5-1 lists the facilities in each state that manufacture or process 1,4-dioxane, the intended use, and the range of maximum amounts of 1,4-dioxane that are stored on-site. There are 381 facilities that produce or process 1,4-dioxane in the United States. The data from the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) listed in Table 5-1 should be used with caution, however, since only certain types of facilities were required to report (EPA 1995). This is not an exhaustive list (TRI07 2009).
5.2. IMPORT/EXPORT
No information was located on the current import/export levels of 1,4-dioxane for the United States. In 1977, at least 9.1×104 kg of 1,4-dioxane were imported into the United States (HSDB 2010). However, current import levels of 1,4-dioxane are expected to be significantly less due to changing use patterns.
Because of its broad range of solvent properties, 1,4-dioxane has found a variety of applications. 1,4-Dioxane is used as a solvent for chemical processing. 1,4-Dioxane has also been used as a laboratory reagent (e.g., mobile phase in chromatography); in plastic, rubber, insecticide, and herbicides; as a chemical intermediate; as part of a polymerization catalyst; and as an extraction medium of animal and vegetable oils. Other minor uses are in the manufacture of membrane filters, for measuring optical activity, and for cryoscopic determination. 1,4-Dioxane has been reported to be used in the production processes of the following product categories: pharmaceuticals/pesticides, magnetic tape, and adhesives. In the past, 1,4-dioxane was used primarily as a stabilizer in chlorinated solvents, particularly 1,1,1-trichloroethane. Approximately 90% of former production of 1,4-dioxane was used in this application. 1,4-Dioxane was typically used at a concentration of about 3.5% in chlorinated solvents. However, at the end of 1995, the use of 1,1,1-trichloroethane was limited under the Montreal Protocol due to the ozone depletion potential of 1,1,1-trichloroethane. Thus, current use of 1,4-dioxane as a stabilizer of 1,1,1-trichloroethane will not be significant (EC 2002; Hartung 1989; HSDB 2010; NICNAS 1998). 1,4-Dioxane has been found as an impurity in cosmetics, household and industrial detergents, and pharmaceuticals due to its occurrence as a by-product in ethoxylated emulsifiers (Hartung 1989). Currently, most manufacturers utilize vacuum stripping to remove 1,4-dioxane before formulation of ethoxylated surfactants in consumer cosmetics and household products (EC 2002).
The primary method of disposal of 1,4-dioxane is by incineration. Small amounts of 1,4-dioxane can be diluted with large amounts of water and subsequently discharged to waste water treatment plants (United Nations 1985). However, since 1,4-dioxane does not undergo significant biodegradation in waste water treatment plants, much of the 1,4-dioxane disposed by this method will end up in the environment.
In contrast to biological or physical methods, chemical treatment has been found to be highly effective for the removal of 1,4-dioxane from water. 1,4-Dioxane is rapidly degraded by hydrogen peroxide in combination with a ferrous salt. Chlorination has also been found to be highly effective for the removal of 1,4-dioxane from water. For example, chlorine and hypochlorous acid are capable of oxidizing 1,4-dioxane (Dow Chemical Co. 1989). However, the extent to which 1,4-dioxane is removed from waste streams by these methods is unknown.

Background
It has been determined that antibiotics, pesticides and covid virus and spike protein in particular can rupture mitochondria (J. Jyrkkanen 2021). This raises the opportunity for remedy to any technology or biochemical pathway that can be enhanced that will revitalize or replace the missing or dysfunctional mitochondria. The discovery by Huiyun Liang and Walter F Ward (2006) that PGC-1alpha is mitogenic is an important one if the mechanism of activation of that gene protein can be stimulated and according to these researchers cold is a prime activator. This is an experimental mechanism that is both simple, universal and timely for testing if it can restore lost oxidative phosphorylation function. Liang and Ward found report that peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma coactivator (PGC)-1alpha is a member of a family of transcription coactivators that plays a central role in the regulation of cellular energy metabolism. It is strongly induced by cold exposure, linking this environmental stimulus to adaptive thermogenesis. PGC-1alpha stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis and promotes the remodeling of muscle tissue to a fiber-type composition that is metabolically more oxidative and less glycolytic in nature, and it participates in the regulation of both carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. It is highly likely that PGC-1alpha is intimately involved in disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiomyopathy. In particular, its regulatory function in lipid metabolism makes it an inviting target for pharmacological intervention in the treatment of obesity and Type 2 diabetes.

An investment firm directed by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden was a leading financial backer of a pandemic tracking and response firm that collaborated on identifying and isolating deadly pathogens in Ukrainian laboratories, receiving funds from the Obama administration’s Department of Defense in the process, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.
Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) – a subsidiary of the Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz-founded Rosemont Capital – counted both Biden and Heinz as managing directors. Heinz is the stepson of former U.S. Secretary of State and current Climate czar John Kerry.
Amongst the companies listed on archived versions of the RSTP’s portfolio is Metabiota – an ostensibly San Francisco-based company that purports to detect, track, and analyze emerging infectious diseases.
Financial reports reveal that RSTP led the company’s first round of funding in 2015, which amounted to $30 million. Former managing director and co-founder of RSTP Neil Callahan – a name that also appears many times on Hunter Biden’s hard drive – sits on Metabiota’s Board of Advisors alongside former Clinton official Rob Walker who discussed, in another unearthed Hunter Biden hard drive e-mail, reaching out to the Obama Department of Defense with regard to Metabiota.

In July 2021, The National Pulse exclusively revealed the connection between Metabiota, Hunter Biden, and the pandemic-linked EcoHealth Alliance which worked closely with Anthony Fauci’s National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) and the notorious Wuhan laboratory.
Today, we can exclusively reveal an official connection between the Biden-linked pandemic firm and biological laboratories based in Ukraine. In early March we revealed how these labs were handling “especially dangerous pathogens” through programs funded by the U.S. government. The potential for such entities to fall into the hands of invading Russian forces has come under hotly disputed scrutiny in recent weeks.
‘Zoonotic Diseases’
A feature in the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine’s (STCU) 2016 AnnualReport recounts a “Trilateral Meeting with Ukraine, Poland, and the United States Regional Collaboration on Biological Security, Safety, and Surveillance.”
The article describes in particular an October 2016 meeting involving U.S. military officials and their Ukrainian counterparts discussing “cooperation in surveillance and prevention of especially dangerous infectious diseases, including zoonotic diseases in Ukraine and neighboring countries.”

In attendance were representatives from the Biden-linked Metabiota, roughly one year after Hunter’s investment funds put cash into the company. Attendees also included:
US Department of Defense [Defense Threat Reduction Agency] (DTRA) (K. Garrett, G. Braunstein, W. Sosnowski, and J. Wintrol);
Black & Veatch and Metabiota corporations (D. Mustra, Dr. M. Guttieri, S. Anderson, T. Borth and others);
Curtis “BJ” Bjelajac, Executive Director, and Vlada Pashynska, Senior Specialist represented the STCU.
“The meeting focused on existing frameworks, regulatory coordination, and ongoing cooperative projects in research, surveillance and diagnostics of a number of dangerous zoonotic diseases, such as avian influenza, leptospirosis, Crimea Congo hemorrhagic fever, and brucellosis,” explains the summary:

A separate page from the STCU website details another meeting between Metabiota representatives, Ukrainian scientists, and U.S. Department of Defense officials aimed at increasing collaboration while attending a Swine Fever workshop just months later:
“In the framework of the workshop, special breakout meetings of Ukrainian scientists with their European and American counterparts were jointly organized by the STCU, DTRA and Metabiota Inc.. During those breakout meetings, specialists from each country worked to establish effective contacts in order to encourage future cooperation, as well as to identify future scientific projects with Ukrainian and western veterinary institutions in the area of ASF control and investigation.”
Government contracts also corroborate the working relationship between Metabiota, Ukrainian laboratories, and the U.S. Defense Department, with the firm receiving an $18.4 million grant from the U.S. agency in 2014. A total of $307,091, allocated to Metabiota on September 25th, was itemized for “Ukraine research projects.”
Several scientific papers – including those isolating strains of deadly pathogens like “virulent African Swine Fever Virus” – appear to have been published following the grant.
A 2019 paper titled “Complete Genome Sequence of a Virulent African Swine Fever Virus from a Domestic Pig in Ukraine” was authored by researchers from Metabiota and three Ukraine-based institutes.
The researchers, whose work is described as being “funded by the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) through the Biological Threat Reduction Program in Ukraine,” isolated the strain of the deadly virus using a pig from Ukraine:
“Tissue samples were collected from a domestic pig from ASF outbreak number 131 in Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine, in 2016. The samples were frozen, and total DNA was extracted in duplicate from spleen tissue using the PowerMicrobiome RNA isolation kit (Mo Bio) following the manufacturer’s protocol.”
‘Anthrax’
Furthermore, a 2014 paper “Spatio-Temporal Patterns of Livestock Anthrax in Ukraine During the Past Century (1913-2012)” lists an author, Artem Skrypnyk, then affiliated with a Ukraine-based branch of the pandemic firm.
“Our primary objective was to examine the spatiotemporal dynamics of the disease and identify areas where anthrax may persist in the present day,” posits the paper.

Skrypnyk is also listed as a Metabiota scientist in other papers including “Dynamics of anthrax cases in Ukraine during 1970-2013,” “Anthrax in Dogs,” and “Serological Anthrax Surveillance in Wild Boar (Sus scrofa) in Ukraine.”
One paper aimed “to better understand anthrax epizootiology in Ukraine,” collecting samples from anthrax hotspots with funds from the U.S. DTRA’s Cooperative Biological Engagement Program in Ukraine.
“We tested wild boar serum samples collected across Ukraine for antibodies to B. anthracis and determined whether exposed boars were associated with livestock anthrax hotspots,” explains the paper.

Skrypnyk, the Metabiota-affiliated researcher, worked as Veterinary Project Coordinator for the Biden-linked firm before moving on to serve in his current role of Technical Officer for Laboratories for the World Health Organization (WHO).
Additionally, two researchers – Nataliya Mykhaylovska and Bradford Raymond Brooks – are listed as Ukraine-based Metabiota researchers in a paper titled “Implementation of a Regional Training Program on African Swine Fever As Part of the Cooperative Biological Engagement Program across the Caucasus Region.”
The aforementioned paper even references a Metabiota office in Ukraine’s capital city of Kiev, whose existence appears to be corroborated by a summary of the company’s operational structure.
“The company’s international footprint includes operations in 20 countries and offices in San Francisco, Washington, Ukraine, China, Canada, and Sierra Leone,” explains the summary.
Additionally, LinkedIn profiles of former Metabiota employees detail the work conducted by the company’s Kyiv outpost.
Former Country Science Manager for Eastern Europe David Mustra explains how he “manga[ed] Metabiota’s team of twelve Ukrainian-National personnel” and served as “the Biosurveillance and Research Manager for Metabiota’s work as a subcontractor, under the direction of prime contractor Black & Veatch (B&V), on the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) Biological Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (BTRIC) – Ukraine.”
He also explains how the company liaised with “Government of Ukraine officials” from agencies including the Ministry of Defense.
Another Metabiota employee – Dr. Petro Mutovkin – who served as a Human Biosurveillance Specialist and Project Manager from 2015 to 2016 reveals his role in “facilitating activities within US Department of Defence Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) in Ukraine” on his LinkedIn profile.
“Laboratory facility assessment, laboratory diagnostic and BS&S training, [and] biological risk assessment and mitigation” are among the other tasks he engaged in.

The investigation is being worked jointly with ICE/C3/CES, ICE/RAC/Birmingham, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Department of Justice/Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, and the USAO for the Northern District of Alabama. ICE has designated this operation as PROJECT FLICKER. 3. ICE/C3/CES has conducted over 60 undercover transactions at the advertising websites associated with this investigation. The investigation has identified that a specific criminal organization is operating approximately 18 different commercial child pornography advertising websites which provide access to approximately 18 child pornography member restricted websites. 4. Among the 5,000 names ICE identified under Project Flicker, several individuals used their .mil e-mail address, Fleet Post Office (FPO), or Army Post Office (APO) military zip codes.
Special Agent advised the U.S. Attorney’s Office and ICE that the DCIS will assist in identifying any additional Department of Defense (DoD) affiliated individuals and provide any investigative assistance. 5. As a result of the database queries, 264 individuals affiliated with DoD were identified, including 39 individuals within the Eastern District of Virginia. Of those identified, 9 individuals possessed a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance, 13 possessed a Top Secret security clearance,
8 possessed a NATO Secret security clearance, 42 possessed a Secret security clearance, and 4 possessed an interim Secret security clearance. 6. The subject information containing DoD query results were divided by location and forwarded to the appropriate ICE and DCIS office for action. 17. YAHOO NEWS: News Report by John Cook September 3, 2010 Pentagon declined to investigate hundreds of purchases of child pornography. A 2006 Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigation into the purchase of child pornography online turned up more than 250 civilian and military employees of the Defense Department — including some with the highest available security clearance — who used credit cards or PayPal to purchase images of children in sexual situations. But the Pentagon investigated only a handful of the cases, Defense Department records show. The cases turned up during a 2006 ICE inquiry, called Project Flicker, which targeted overseas processing of child-porn payments. As part of the probe, ICE investigators gained access to the names and credit card information of more than 5,000 Americans who had subscribed to websites offering images of child pornography. Many of those individuals provided military email addresses or physical addresses with Army or fleet ZIP codes when they purchased the subscriptions. In a related inquiry, the Pentagon’s Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS) cross-checked the ICE list against military databases to come up with a list of Defense employees and contractors who appeared to be guilty of purchasing child pornography. The names included staffers for the secretary of defense, contractors for the ultra-secretive National Security Agency, and a program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. But the DCIS opened investigations into only 20 percent of the individuals identified, and succeeded in prosecuting just a handful. The Boston Globe first reported the Pentagon’s role in Project Flicker in July, citing DCIS investigative reports showing that at least 30 Defense Department employees were investigated. But new Project Flicker investigative reports obtained by The Upshot through the Freedom of Information Act, which you can read here, show that DCIS investigators identified 264 Defense employees or contractors who had purchased child pornography online. Astonishingly, nine of those had “Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information” security clearances, meaning they had access to the nation’s most sensitive secrets. All told, 76 of the individuals had Secret or higher clearances. But DCIS investigated only 52 of the suspects, and just 10 were ever charged with viewing or purchasing child pornography. Without greater public disclosure of how these cases wound down, it’s impossible to know how or whether any of the names listed in the Project Flicker papers came in for additional scrutiny. It’s conceivable that some of them were picked up by local law enforcement, but it seems likely that most of the people flagged by the investigation did not have their military careers disrupted in the context of the DCIS inquiry. Among those charged were Gary Douglass Grant, a captain in the Army Reserves and a judge advocate general, or military prosecutor. After investigators executing a search warrant found child pornography on his computer, he pleaded guilty last year to state charges of possession of obscene matter of a minor in a sexual act in California. Others included contractors for the NSA with Top Secret clearances; one of them a former contractor fled the country after being indicted and is believed to be in Libya. But the vast majority of those investigated, including an active-duty lieutenant colonel in the Army and an official in the office of the secretary of defense, were never charged. On top of that, 212 people on ICE’s list were never investigated at all. According to the records, DCIS prioritized the investigations by focusing on people who had security clearances since those who have a taste for child pornography can be vulnerable to blackmail and espionage. The documents show that the probe then concentrated on people who had been previously suspected of or convicted of sex crimes, or had access to children as part of their Defense Department duties. But at least some of the people on the Project Flicker list with security clearances were never pursued and could possibly remain on the job: DCIS only investigated 52 people, and 76 of those on the Project Flicker list had clearances. A DCIS spokesman didn’t return phone calls. But the agency’s own documents obtained via The Upshot’s FOIA request indicate that the decision to press investigations forward hinged largely on questions of the resources available to the investigators. “Due to DCIS headquarters’ direction and other DCIS investigative priorities, this investigation is cancelled” is a common summation in the files. A source familiar with the Project Flicker investigations who requested anonymity because public disclosure could jeopardize this person’s job confirmed that departmental resources, and priorities, were decisive factors in letting inquiries lapse. DCIS is primarily tasked with rooting out contractor fraud and investigating security breaches; its 400 staffers were already plenty busy before Project Flicker dropped 264 more names onto their caseloads. And child pornography investigations are difficult to prosecute. Many judges wouldn’t issue search warrants based on years-old evidence saying the targets subscribed to a kiddie porn website once. “We were stuck in a situation where we had some great information, but didn’t have the resources to run with it,” the source told The Upshot. Many of the investigative reports obtained by The Upshot end with a similar citation of scarce resources: Of course, other federal agencies, including ICE and the FBI, may have prosecuted some of the Project Flicker names the DCIS ignored. But that’s unlikely, given that some of the DCIS investigations were closed due to lack of cooperation from ICE. In one case, involving an Army Reserve corporal in the Pittsburgh area, a DCIS agent expressed exasperation after repeatedly trying to get ICE to collaborate with him on the investigation: “Based upon the complete non-responsiveness of ICE … it is recommended that the matter be closed.” As for the 212 Project Flicker names that DCIS didn’t investigate, the source familiar with the investigation said there was no systematic effort to inform their superiors or commanding officers of their suspected purchases of child pornography.
